First Time Users

Please select the "Register" menu option to set up a new username and password. After completing this you will be able to log in and enter your monthly reports.

Previous Users

Choose the "Login" menu option to enter your username and password to login and enter your reports.

Reports

Use the Report menu item to see what reports have been submitted and what reports need to be submitted. Use the buttons on the list to Report Edit or Reprint.

Edit Reports

You may edit your reports the day you submit them if corrections are needed. They will be available for editing until they are transferred for processing after midnight(EST) the day of submission. You can use the Report menu to see what reports can be edited. All reports with a status of "Submitted" can be edited.

Update Information

Has your address, email, or phone number changed? Update your personal information with the Church of God.
